Lechon sizes may vary and change without notice. We will try to accommodate ordered lechon sizes as requested but we highly recommend to please prepare $25.00 extra in case you get a bigger size other than what have been ordered. Also, by ordering to Kuya Allan's Lechon Pinoy, you agree that we cannot guarantee the completion of your order upon placement unless otherwise confirmed by our store manager. Kuya Allan's Lechon Pinoy requires a minimum down payment of C$100.00 and the remaining balance must be paid upon pick-up in-store using cash/debit or cash upon delivery. In cases we cannot fulfill our services, please refer to our refund and cancellation policy.
By using the restaurant in store or thru our online system, you are consenting the use of your personal information on a third party application (Wix) for the purpose of completing your orders. You also give permission to allow Kuya Allan's Lechon Pinoy to take photographs, video, and/or sound recording during your visit at the store location to release or use them in its future electronic or printed communications products (at any time, without compensation or notice). The photographs, video, and/or sound recording of your visit at the store will be an exclusive property of Kuya Allan's Lechon Pinoy and may be shared with our digital and printed marketing advertisements.
When you sign up for or use our website, you give us certain information voluntarily. This includes your name, email addresses, phone number, profile photo, comments, and any other information you give us. You can also choose to share location data and or photos. When you use our website, we collect payment information, contact information (addresses and phone numbers) and details of your orders. If you use our website for someone else, we collect their delivery details and contact information. If you use third party accounts such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc., we also get information from those accounts (i.e. friends and contacts). The information we get from those accounts depends on your settings and their privacy policies, so please check what those are.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth transition and maintain the quality of our products, we place your orders to our suppliers 7 days prior to your pick-up or delivery day. When you placed an order whether online or directly at our store and cancel within 7 days, all payments made are considered non-refundable. To get a full refund, please notify us 7 days prior to your pick-up or delivery time. In cases we cannot fulfill our commitment to you, you will get a full refund.
